Register early! Our discounted hotel rate is guaranteed until the room block is filled or Aug. 11, whichever occurs first. Through Aug. 21, cancellations or changes to existing reservations must be made by us—some changes will depend on availability. After Aug. 21 you must contact the hotel directly. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge. Two weeks prior to arrival, hotel confirmations will be sent to the email address provided with your registration.

Conference registration closes Aug. 28 but you can register onsite at the Dallas Omni Hotel starting Sept. 7. Some special events may be sold-out.

After Aug. 28, requests for registration refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after the conference. No special event ticket refunds after Aug. 28.
